We collect only what we need to operate the MVP: your phone number, profile details, and order/chat data. Location sharing is optional and only used for order tracking.

What we collect

• Account: phone number, name, role, hub (optional).
• Orders: origin/destination text, order items, quotes, delivery status.
• Chat: messages within an order.
• Location: GPS coordinates only when you choose to capture/share it.

How we use it

• To create and fulfill orders and display tracking on active deliveries.
• To send in-app notifications about orders and messages.

This policy will be updated as the product evolves (payments, KYC, etc.).
